Sad News

It is with great sadness that we will be leaving the Sugar Loaf on the 9th of February. The lease has come to an end, and the owner will come back and update the property, and that we may consider a new lease once the works are completed.

We have had the business for 9 and a half years, and between us we have worked here for 18-19years and enjoyed every minute being here, we have made great friends over the years.

We would like to say thank you for everyone’s support and thank you to all the staff we have had the pleasure to work with over the years.

Our last day of food service will be SATURDAY 31st JANUARY, the bar will be still open from the 1st FEBRUARY to the 8th FEBRUARY.

We will be having a leaving party on the Saturday 7th FEBRUARY ALL WELCOME with live music from CONTRABAND

Welcome to the Sugar Loaf Ab kettleby.

The Sugar Loaf Public house is located in Ab kettleby on the A606, three miles north of Melton Mowbray. There is a friendly bar, Decking and garden area and Restaurant.

Our food is all home cooked, fresh and cooked to order. We aim to offer the best quality food with good service at a reasonable price. Please phone us or fill in the reservation form if you would like to make a reservation or ask any questions.
